Jacklyn Corley joined Patch as Local Editor for the Freehold Patch site in November 2010. She accepted a position as Associate Regional Editor for Patch's Woodbridge/Northern Monmouth County Region in August 2011. The region is comprised of Freehold Patch, Holmdel Patch, Little Silver-Oceanport Patch, Long Branch-Eatontown Patch, Manalapan Patch, Marlboro Patch, Matawan-Aberdeen Patch, Middletown Patch, Red Bank-Shrewsbury Patch, Rumson-Fair Haven Patch, and Woodbridge Patch.

Corley began her journalism career as a freelance writer for The Courier in Middletown in January 2004. She subsequently took a reporter position at the paper, covering 12 towns in Monmouth County's Bayshore region. She was promoted to associate editor and later rebuilt the newspaper's Web site.

Corley became a producer at NJ.com in March 2006. She worked with NJ.com's newspaper partners on social media and community engagement initiatives.

She received her B.A. from Haverford College in 2004 and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and Literature from Bennington College in January 2011. In her free time, Corley enjoys reading, writing and publishing fiction.
