Charges at time of arrest should not be made public until a person actually goes to court and is found guilty of the alleged crimes. At the time of arrest charges are extremely exaggerated and in some cases incorrect. With many of these cases, once heard in court the majority of charges are dropped. It is unfair to be publically humiliated for "crimes" not found guilty of.   more ›
