The bridge that connects Sea Bright and Rumson reopened to all vehicle traffic on Friday at 11 a.m., according to Monmouth County spokesperson Laura Kirkpatrick. Safety upgrades were completed ahead of schedule, Freeholder Director Thomas A. Arnone said in a statement on the county's Web site.

But you have no basis for suggesting the costs associated with beach nourishment projects justify the economic benefits produced.
