At first I loved this place and thought it was worth the 45 minute drive. I got a keratin treatment and spent three days petting my beautiful hair (because you can't wash it for 72 hours & doesn't your hair always look amazing right after they blow dry and flat iron it for you?). I was excited to wash my hair and see how it air dried. I was told it will have a little wave in it once it dries if I don't blow dry it. I am fine with a little wave, not fine with frizz. So I got out of the shower and let it dry and my hair was just as frizzy was before the treatment. I called the salon and was told she couldn't guarantee the keratin would work if I didn't buy their $20 shampoo and $20 conditioner. Seriously? I called a high end salon and was told my product was fine that my hair stylist doesn't know what she is talking about, that I need to avoid sulfates. Now I am going on vacation with worse hair then I started with and I am being told it's my fault because I didn't buy an extra $40 in product. I'll never go back here and never recommend them to anyone else. The proper thing to do would be give a refund to the woman who is hysterically crying on the other line not tell them it's their fault!! Thanks ruining my hair before my special event!!!
