Fort Monmouth Redevelopment Heating Up
The FMERA board will meet on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 7 p.m.

The Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority will hold its monthly meeting this week, and there are two rather large items on the agenda.
The first is a resolution that would complete the sale of the Howard Commons in Eatontown from FEMERA to developer HovWest.

The board will also vote on resolution to enter into exclusive negotiations with a developer for Russel Hall in Oceanport.

The full agenda can be viewed online. The board meets at 7 p.m. at 502 Brewer Ave., Oceanport, on Wednesday, Jan. 15.
