Go for the Cheeseburger and a Side of Support in the Fight Against Pediatric Cancer at Burger King

The fast food chain is giving customers the opportunity to donate $1 to the Jimmy Fund through the A Chance for Kids program, going on now through Sept. 5

BURGER KING guests can help fight childhood cancers by giving $1 to The Jimmy Fund through the A Chance for Kids program, going on now through Sept. 5, at participating BURGER KING restaurants in ten states across the Northeast. With each contribution, restaurant guests will receive a promotion card guaranteed to be a winner with prizes ranging from all-inclusive resort vacations, airline tickets, theme park admissions and BURGER KING food.

Local BURGER KING restaurants that are participating:  

    • BURGER KING at Monmouth Mall Food Court
    • BURGER KING at 139 Rt.35

Through the A Chance for Kids program, 552 franchise and company owned BURGER KING restaurants set a goal to raise $1.1 million for pediatric cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

A Chance for Kids and participating BURGER KING restaurants have raised more than $9.5 million over the last 11 years for pediatric cancer research and care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This year, BURGER KING restaurants in 10 states will participate in the campaign: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont If BURGER KING reaches this year’s goal they will surpass the $10 million mark, making them one of the most successful corporate partners of the Jimmy Fund.
