Little Silver Basketball Team Completes Successful season
The team made it to the Final Four of the Mid Monmouth Town Travel League.

The Little Silver 8th Grade Boys Travel Basketball team just completed their final season together in a very successful manner, according to coach George Lang.
The team, which has been playing together since third grade, finished in first place in the Eastern Division of the Mid Monmouth Town Travel League with an undefeated record of 12 and 0.
The boys reached the league's Final Four Tournament for the fourth time in the last five years with wins over Tinton Falls and Point Pleasant. The team lost to eventual league champion to finish with a 14-1 record.
Lang said he was proud of the way his team played all season.
"Every year the boys progressed as a team and they really play the game the right way", Lang said. "It been my pleasure to coach such a great group."
