LAST CHANCE: Register for Little Silver Rec Soccer, Field Hockey

Procrastinators everywhere, take note: sign your kids up for rec soccer or field hockey in for the fall or pony up an extra $50 per child for your dawdling.

Here's the deal, sign your K-8 child up for soccer or 5-8 student for field hockey at the Little Silver Recreation Web site by Saturday and avoid paying the late fee. Don't forget to advance your child's grade so that he or she ends up in the right age group for team selection.

Little Silver Rec has also teamed up with for a kids' conditioning program - focusing on speed and agility - that will be held at throughout July and August. Anyone interested in that new program, which will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., can send an e-mail to ROB@freshpt.com.
