Girls Lax Clinic to Benefit Kortney Rose Foundaiton

The Feb. 3 clinic will focus on the fundamentals of the game for girls sixth grade and younger.

Lacrosse season is right around the corner and girls have the opportunity to learn the basics of the game from the pros next month and support a great cause.

Monmouth University will hold a clinic on Feb. 3 featuring the university's players and coaching staff for girls sixth grade and under to benefit the Kortney Rose Foundation.

The clinic, which will run from 10 a.m. to noon, is $50 per player and supports the Oceanport-based foundation that is dedicated to raising funds to support research and education related to the treatment and cure of pediatric brain tumors.
