Bucs Boys Lacrosse Win Streak Snapped at 8

Red Bank beat Shore on Monday for their eighth straight victory, but lost to Holmdel Wednesday.

Red Bank Regional (10-3) defeated the Shore Regional Blue Devils on Monday afternoon by a score of 13-1. Zach Witter scored 4 goals with 2 assists, Andrew Manning added 3 goals with 2 assists, and Karl Degenhart and George Zackman contributed 2 goals each. Goalie Pat Quinn had 8 saves.

The Buccaneers lost to Holmdel (9-5) on Wednesday afternoon by a score of 14-2. Senior midfielder Andrew Manning was injured in the game. He was taken to the hospital, where it was determined he broke his collar bone.

The Bucs will be back in action Friday at 4 p.m. when they face the Ranney School at home.
