VIDEO: Little Silver's Dancing With the Stars

The education foundation fundraiser drew over 300 supporters to the Shadowbrook on Friday night.

They sambaed. They mamboed. They tangoed. And on Friday night, seven couples helped raise thousands of dollars to fund the Little Silver School District's technology initiative at the Education Foundation's Dancing With the Stars fundraiser that drew over 300 supporters.

Held at the Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury, the event featured a dance competition that pit parents and school staff against each other to vie for the silver ball trophy. Tabitha and Joe Pia -- who nabbed a perfect score from judges Mayor Robert Neff, Jr., dance teacher LB Kass and Patch Editor Amy Byrnes -- went on to garner the most votes from party goers and took home the evening's trophy.

Other highlights included a performance by RBR dance students, silent and chance auctions and music by The Haven.
