Turns out, the school had to wait three months for JCP&L to run electrical across the street for the sign to get power, according to a spokesperson for the school.

But now that it's plugged in, so to speak, the sign is a valuable tool to get the word out about all that's going on at RBR, and it can be programmed from within the comfort of the school building, she said.
