After falling back a bit in 2012, graduation rates at Shore Regional High School and Red Bank Regional High School increased in 2013.

According to a report from the New Jersey Department of Education, RBR's graduation rate increased from 93.51 percent in 2012 to 96.69 in 2013. Shore's 1-year rate change was 94.86 to 96.02.

Both school's rates decreased from 2011 to 2012, so both regional high schools were able to bounce back in 2013.

The graduation rates across the state also increased from 86.5 percent in 2012 to 87.5 percent in 2013

“High school graduation is a journey that takes more than a decade for an individual student, and at each point in that journey our teachers and principals are working hard to launch those students forward,” Commissioner Chris Cerf said in a release.  “Today, we celebrate those accomplishments and congratulate our students and educators.”
