Red Bank Regional High School will have a two-hour delayed opening on Thursday, Jan. 23.
As school officials continue to improve conditions, RBR will open at 9:30 a.m.
RBR was closed on Wednesday and students had an early dismissal on Tuesday due to the snow storm.
