The Little Silver School District will be hosting a technology showcase on Thursday, Jan. 9 in n effort to show off the tools students are using in the classroom.

"Our Technology Showcase will be an interactive evening of students showing parents how they are using technology in school, and how some of it can be used at home," Little Silver School District Superintendent Carolyn Kossack said in a letter to parents. "Parents and students will have the opportunity to visit different locations throughout the evening."

There will be three sessions at each of the respective schools, starting at 6 p.m. at Point Road School and 7:35 p.m. at Markham Place School.

A full schedule can be seen by clicking here.

Kossack asks all those who wish to attend to register, which can also be done by clicking the link above.

Some of the technology that will be on display includes SMART Boards, Google Chromebooks and several online learning tools.
