Oceanport Schools March into Healthier Eating with a March 2 Parent Seminar

Parents of the Wolf Hill Elementary School and Maple Place Middle School in Oceanport are invited to a special presentation on "Helping Elementary and Middle School Students Improve Academic Performance with Diet, Fitness and Rest" on Wedneday, March 2 from 7-8 pm at the Wolf Hill School.

Health & wellness educator, Dr. Proodian, founder of Natural Healthcare Center in Long Branch, will explain how parents can help their children achieve and improve academic performance by setting guidelines for nutrition and physical activity. Parents will learn:

*Nutrition basics that fuel academic achievement

Childcare will be provided. Healthy refreshments will be served. The presentation will be held in the auditorium at Wolf Hill Elementary School, 29 Wolf Hill Avenue in Oceanport.
