Two State Hotlines Established for Elevation Questions

Residents who are seeking funding to elevate their home or business must contact the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs

Two state hotlines have been established to answer questions about elevating a home or business.

“As our residents continue to recover and rebuild from Superstorm Sandy, we want to make sure that they know about all the resources available to them,” said Monmouth County Director Thomas A. Arnone.

Homeowners with questions regarding elevate can call 855-SANDYHM (855-726-3946). Businesses should call 855-SANDYBZ (855-726-3929).

“With so many rules and guidelines to follow as we rebuild from Superstorm Sandy, there are so many questions that arise,” said Freeholder Lillian G.
