Oceanport PD Welcomes 3 New Officers

The new hires were sworn in at the borough's New Year's Day reorganization meeting.

Oceanport starts the new year with three new police officers joining the department.

The new hires were sworn in at the Oceanport Borough Council's reorganization meeting held on Tuesday at Maple Place School.

The officers, Thomas Manzo, Jr., Richard T. O'Brien and Christopher W. Petrillo, will serve as patrolmen I with the department.

Each new officer was surrounded by family for his swearing in, which was administered by Borough Clerk Kimberly Jungfer.
