Data Summit Coming to Fort Monmouth

The summit will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12.

The New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) is holding a data summit at Fort Monmouth on Thursday, Dec. 12 to bring together technology professionals and business leaders who are responsible for business continuity, disaster recovery, and business intelligence.

The event will be held at Gibbs Hall from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will focus on providing solutions for running large data sets in the finance and healthcare sectors.

The day will open with a plenary networking session, breakfast and discussion by a keynote panel. 

Tinton Falls Mayor Michael Skudera is one of the members of the panel and said he is looking forward to the summit.

“Hundreds of technology professionals are expected to attend this exciting event," Skudera said. “The NJTC continues to be a strong advocate for the technology sector. This event is another positive step to help the local economy and for the future of bringing additional technology jobs to Fort Monmouth."

Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend leadership seminars, roundtables and discussions developed specifically for their network.  Participants meet back again for the Town Hall type discussion called Migrating to the Cloud.  

The second discussion will be followed by a networking cocktail reception.
