Councilman Neff to Serve as Little Silver Mayor
Will finish out 2011, up for election in November.
Robert C. Neff, Jr. will serve as Little Silver's mayor through the rest of 2011, according to a Two River Times report.
Neff has lived in and around the borough for the majority of his life, and has served as a Republican councilman since 2007. He heads the Personnel Committee and is a liason to the Shade Tree Commission and the Environmental Commission.
A former Red Bank Register reporter, Neff has practiced law in Newark the past 14 years.

He is the Republican candidate for mayor, and will face on the ballot this November for a four-year term.
