Another Burglary in West Long Branch Monday Morning

Several burglaries reported over the last two months

The number of daytime burglaries in West Long Branch continued to rise Monday morning.

The West Long Branch Police are reporting another residential burglary occurred on Wall Street near Mitchell Terrace on Monday. Police have not released any other details of the burglary, but said they are currently investigating the incident.

Police are asking witnesses of any suspicious persons or vehicles in the area to call the West Long Branch Police Department at 732-229-5000 or the tip line at 732-403-3500.

Most of burglaries seem to be centered around the Wall Street and Locust Avenue areas, but police are asking all residents to be vigilant and to make sure all doors are locked.
