An Oceanport woman has been arrested in Freehold and charged with possession of stolen goods and heroin paraphernalia.

Theresa McGroarty, 22, was arrested on Dec. 12 and was found with nearly $450 in electronic equipment, "which she knew to be stolen from Walmart in Freehold," according to court documents.

McGroarty was also charged with conspiracy for planning to commit commercial theft with two others.

Court documents say she also had a hypodermic needle and multiple glassine wrappers "commonly used to package heroin" at the time of her arrest.

She was lodged in Monmouth County Jail in lieu of $6,000 bail and her court date is set for Dec. 17.
