Suspects witnessed entering unlocked vehicles and stealing electronics while school was in session.

Two teenagers have been charged with multiple counts of burglary and theft for stealing items from unlocked cars in the (RBR) parking lot while school was in session.

An RBR staff member reportedly witnessed Lauren Papworth, 18, of Atlantic Highlands, and Jason Wilson, 18, of Red Bank, entering vehicles and removing electronics and other miscellaneous items on Nov. 15.

The incident was reported to School Resource Officer Peter Gibson, and Little Silver Police arrested Papworth and Wilson on Nov. 17.
