Grand jury upholds charges against three Monmouth women

An Oceanport woman is among three Monmouth women facing charges related to what authorities said was several years of insurance fraud.

Marion Gualtieri, 75, of Sagamore Avenue was indicted Monday by a Monmouth County grand jury on a third-degree charge of insurance fraud.
