NOSY NEIGHBOR: Robbery at Dunkin Donuts in Tinton Falls
Armed man took about $200 from cash register before fleeing on foot.
An armed man took about $200 from the cash register at the Dunkin Donuts on Asbury Avenue in Tinton Falls Friday night.
According to Lt. Gerald M. Turning, Jr., the male suspect entered the store at 8:50 p.m. and allegedly presented a handgun to employees. He then fled the scene, at 4060A Asbury Avenue, in an unknown direction.
Det. Sgt. Scott Trocchia is assigned to the case, said Turning.
