Little Silver Police Arrest Two Men For Scrap Metal Theft
Scrap metal from a business in Fair Haven was stolen by a Holmdel and Little Silver resident.
On March 10, in the early morning hours, the Little Silver Police Department arrested Nicholas R. Deluca, 19, of Holmdel and Paul S. Kirkstad, 26, of Little Silver following an investigation along with the Fair Haven Police Department.
Kirkstad was charged with defiant trespassing and Deluca was charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia and issued a motor vehicle summons in Little Silver.
The Fair Haven Police Department charged both men with theft after the investigation revealed that they stole scrap metal from a business in their town just prior to their apprehension in Little Silver.
