Two River Real Estate Statistics - May 2011

These are the May real estate statistics for the towns in the Two River Area.  This report will be published on a monthly basis detailing the number of homes that sold as well as how many homes are on the market and under contract.

Real estate trends in the Two River area are holding steady.  Inventory levels are still high on a town by town basis but are moderating.  It is critical in this market to price properties correctly.  Home listings that are priced correctly are receiving offers and going under contract!  Interest rates are still favorable for buyers.
