Here are the June 2011 real estate statistics for the towns in the Two River Area (Little Silver, Oceanport, Rumson, Fair Haven, Red Bank, Shrewsbury and Middletown.

Here are the June 2011 real estate statistics for the towns in the Two River Area.  This report details the number of single family homes on the market on a town by town basis as well as how many houses sold and are currently under contract.

With lower price inventory selling quickly, homes that are priced correctly are selling.  Inventory levels are still high but the number of homes sold jumped in June and the homes that are currently under contract increased slightly month to month.
