Little Silver-Oceanport Home Sales, July 1-15

July and August are traditionally slow months for the real estate market. Lots of people are on vacation, and they put off their home searches until after Labor Day.

In last week's post (July 11) we said that the Oceanport real estate market was almost back to "normal," with three of four key indicators pointing in a positive direction. Only the average sales price was lagging behind, and at $980,000 the new sale this month is certainly going to raise that average.
