February 2013 Real Estate Sales; Little Silver

Inventory is still low and homes are selling.  I see at least 21 single family homes under contract in town due to close shortly.  5 closed last month.  Buyers are coming out and they are looking for well-priced homes.  I've even seen a few bidding wars recently.
