Inventory is low throughout the Peninsula. For the same period last year, Little Silver offered 35 single family homes for sale as opposed to 26 in this report.
I love looking at comparisons and how the real estate market reacts to indicators such as interest rates, jobs, local weather and news.
Last spring we topped out with 48 homes for sale (May); 12 of those sold in June.
