Little Silver Lights Making Traffic Worse?

The traffic seems to be getting worse than ever in Little Silver.  There often are gridlocks on all these roads and the light timing does not seem to be working well.  When I walk my dogs it takes me twice as long to cross Branch avenue than it did before the lights and there is little courtesy.  People often pass the stop line on Branch, which impedes making a left turn onto Branch from Winfield Drive.  Truly, people were more considerate and not always trying to beat the traffic lights.  It is hazardous on the streets of Little Silver.   Recently someone was coming head on to make a turn on White Road (on the wrong side of the street) as i sat waiting a break in the action to turn into Winfield Drive.

My question to the people in charge of all this debacle is this, is anyone looking at what is happening here and reporting it to the county?  The air pollution after the storm was terrible from both the idling cars and then the generators which people were using to keep themselves warm.

i know we are in the midst of a severe devestation from the storm but this matter is still significant.
