Little Silver Peace Pole Dedication Set For Veterans Day
The peace pole will be dedicated at Memorial Park at 4 p.m.

The Little Silver peace pole in Memorial Park will be dedicated on Monday at 4 p.m..
The pole, inscribed with messages of “May Peace Prevail On Earth”, is designed to spread hope and link the community with people and places around the world.

The borough will also honor veterans who served and sacrificed for peace during the dedication ceremony.
Mayor Robert Neff will lead the ceremony which will also include a performance of the song Let There Be Peace On Earth by the Markham Place School Chorus.

The Memorial Park Peace Pole was initiated by resident Karen Faherty Rosen, with the support of the Little Silver Environmental and Shade Tree Commissions.
