Another millionaire was made thanks to a winning New Jersey Lottery ticket sold at a Tinton Falls convenience store.

The winning $1 million ticket was purchased at Kwik Farms, 590 Shrewsbury Ave., this week for the Oct. 23 Powerball drawing. I

“Congratulations to these fortunate lottery players who purchased the winning tickets and to the retailers that sold them,” said the Lottery’s Executive Director Carole Hedinger in a release. “For selling the winning tickets, the retailers have become three more of the Lottery’s ‘lucky locations’ overnight.”

This is the second time a million dollar, or more, ticket was sold at the Kwik Mart.

In May, a Tinton Falls resident bought his winning Mega Millions ticket for $73,279,052 from the borough convenience store.

Giuseppe "Joe" Garofalo chose the cash option and split the $198 million jackpot with a second winner from Virginia.
