Join Carol Palmer, BA, Certified HealthEASE Instructor, Monmouth Medical Center as she discusses the importance of physical activity for healthy aging. Attendees will review current physical activity recommendations and plan a strategy for beginning or maintaining an exercise program. This program will be held at Thompson Park Visitor Center, Newman Springs Road in Lincroft. Registration is required by calling 732-842-4000 ext. 1. $20 per person
