June 21 is the first day of summer, and Sickles is celebrating with cheese
This just in from the Twitter feed (@SicklesMarket) -- in honor of June 21, the official start of summer, Bob Sickles and co. are lopping $2 off the price of the fine Burrata cheese pictured above. Regularly priced at $10.99, the freshly-imported Italian cheese is made from mozzarella and cream. "Burrata" means "buttered" in Italian.
