Friday, Jan. 4

Nothing perks up the post-holiday doldrums for students like Friday dress-up days at Point Road School! Kids can roll right out of bed today for Pajama Day (actually, Dr. Albert would rather see you slip your robe or pj's on over your clothes).

Saturday, Jan. 5

The Lady Bucs basketball team will take on the RFH Bulldogs in a 1 p.m. away game and fundraiser. Ticket and t-shirt sales will benefit RFH junior Emily Walsack who was sidelined from the team this year when she was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a form of Dysautonomia. Organizers hope to increase awareness of the debilitating condition that affects the autonomic nervous system.

Sunday, Jan. 6

The Little Silver PTO will host an afternoon of ice skating at the Red Bank Armory from 4:45 to 6:15 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $15. Snack bar will be open. NJ Transit lot may be used for parking. The Armory is located at 76 Chestnut St. in Red Bank.
