Rain Cuts Into Memorial Day Weekend in Monmouth County

Half the weekend will be wet and cold, but Memorial Day looks more promising.

This may not be the start of summer we were all hoping for, but Memorial Day Weekend may not be a total wash.

The National Weather Service calls for rain and a high of 59 degrees on Saturday, and a windy and cloudy day on Sunday.

The sun may make an appearance on Memorial Day, with a partly cloudy forecast and a high of 74 degrees in Western Monmouth County.
