Warm Weather: Perfect to Enjoy Cafe 28 Mediterranean Specialties

The warm weather has finally arrived, and Red Bank's Mediterranean Cafe 28 has expanded its menu to include many new refreshing drinks and dishes.  Some of the popular new drinks include fresh smoothies with mango, strawberries or pineapple and other mixtures like the Mediterranean smoothie coconut sahlab, as well as vegetable juice mixtures.   Fresh iced coffee, frappes, varieties of fresh lemonade, and fresh iced tea mixtures are also part of the spring menu.

The cafe offers both Mediterranean and vegan sandwiches, including grilled meats and falafel, as well as many types of salads, such as the Greek Salad. Other popular items are the 3,4,5,6 foot sub sandwiches, with traditional options like roast beef and turkey.  Desserts range from Italian cookies to brownies to baklava. Off-premise catering is available.

The cafe is located at 64 White Street, Red Bank, (Next to Hobby Master's) and can be reached at (732) 933-1400.  Free parking is behind the building.
