Special Election, Clearing Trees in Little Silver
Crews have been clearing trees in a lot near the Little Silver Train Station.

The field for the race for U.S. Senate will be narrowed by the end of the day by way of a special election to fill the seat of deceased Senator Frank Lautenburg.
Little Silver and Oceanport residents can head to their polling place between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. to vote in the election.

We've also noticed crews clearing trees in a lot off Branch Avenue in Little Silver.
We've heard they are making way for a new group of homes that have been in the planning stage for a long time.
