Fort Monmouth Property Sale Still Pending, Golf Course Decision

Two Oceanport Fort Monmouth property sales are still pending as the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) continues its redevelopment process.
We'll have an update on these two properties this morning with the latest news from FMERA.
The Eatontown Planning Board was expected to make a decision on the zoning of the Old Orchard Country Club property in Eatontown.
The golf course is bordered by Oceanport, so whatever decision the board makes could have an impact on borough residents.
