Back to School, Special Meeting in Oceanport
Most area schools were either closed or had early dismissals on Tuesday.

After a day filled with cold weather and snow, most area schools were either closed or had early dismissals on Tuesday.
All schools will be back to there normal operating schedules on Wednesday.
There will also be a special meeting of the Oceanport Council on Wednesday night.
The meeting will be held at Maple Place School at 6:45 p.m.
According to the borough web site, the purpose of the meeting is the consideration and adoption of a confirming resolution providing for the issuance and sale of bonds through the Monmouth County Improvement Authoritys Loan Program.
