"From the Sacred to the Scientific"

A monthly exploration of the scientific underpinnings of the sacred, mystical, and medicinal uses of herbs. We will go much further into historical uses, the creation of herbal preparations, growing tips and so much more!
In this workshop we each will be creating our own thyme vinegar to take home. Thyme vinegar is great for deterring fungal growth and acne, or as a facial toner. Along with being a great addition to salads... yum!
