This month's theme will guide you through your own manifestation of things/emotions you would like to bring into your life this year. A new job, happiness, joy, financial security, peace, travel etc. You will "create" your own reality! Thoughts are energy...energy follows intentions....energy becomes matter!!
Never meditated before? Not able to quiet the mind chatter? Have you tried and you're just not able to focus? In this month’s circle we will feature discussions on the difficulties of meditating. We will cover these and other questions. Each month we will discuss different aspects of meditation, you will be led through a guided meditation and you will be given tools to apply these techniques at home. Please bring a pen and a journal along with something comfortable to sit or lay on if you would prefer laying down. Chairs will be provided.
