We're happy to announce that we'll be holding FREE Group Fitness classes all week long at Lubischer's Burn And Blast Training located at 45 Atlantic Ave, on the corner of Ocean Ave in Long Branch, Phone: 848 667 6144; the schedule will go as follows:

Monday - 8:30AM Burn and Blast Original Class with Ronnie Lubischer 

Noon Zumba class with Cassandra Krelik

Tuesday - 8:30AM Burn and Blast Original

10:30AM Cardio Sprint Blast

12:30PM Class to be determined

2:30PM Zumba

Wednesday - 10:30AM Zumba

More classes to possibly be added

Thursday - 9:30AM Burn and Blast Original

2:30PM Class to be determined

Friday - 12:30PM Class to be determined

More classes to possibly be added

Please come join us and bring any and all friends whether they be from Sea Bright, Little Silver, Oceanport, Long Branch, Monmouth Beach, and beyond...we can't provide much but we can provide at least an one hour respite from all that is going on while releasing your stress in a healthy and positive manner and working off all that junk food we've ALL been eating with this rude guest Sandy!

I hope to see all of you, clients and people we haven't met yet alike at these FREE Community Classes...please spread the word and help us give everyone a place to sweat and heal for just a bit.
