Topics to be covered in this FREE seminar include: what are good businesses to own; how to find them; how to value/price a business; what to avoid in your search; how to verify financial results in a cash business; financing options and what should be included in a comprehensive buy/sell agreement. The pro's and con's of buying and operating a franchise will also be briefly discussed.
The presenter will be Joe Wasilewski, a CPA based in Lincroft, who specializes in small and medium sized business financial and tax matters as well as advising and representing entrepreneurs in acquisitions and divestitures.
