Visiting Nurse Association Health Group will be hosting a Day of Health in support of our Oceanport neighbors on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Port au Peck Fire House located at  433 Myrtle Avenue, Oceanport, NJ from 9 am – 2 pm. VNA Health Group will be giving free health screenings, health counseling, medication review, support groups, FREE Flu Shots for adults and children, relaxation therapy, primary healthcare referrals and appointments, education and resource information, and refreshments.
