@MissesM…thank you for your reply…if there are residents that still exceed the speedRead Morel imit on your street, then please speak to the MBPD. I know on my street there are teenaged drivers (and friends who visit them) at the end of our street who consistently disobeyed the speed limit - many days while my young children are out playing with other children. Several neighbors spoke with the MBPD and they kindly visited with the teenage drivers and things have improved. I appreciate your efforts to maintain a safe speed, despite what other drivers have to say about it. I was just saddened to read what I understood to be a generalization of the drivers in MB which for many would be untrue. If this is the what you've experienced in and about town, then shouldn't we be concerned about hundreds of more cars, delivery trucks, etc. that an expansion of the Channel Club would bring?

I feel that what the town wants to do with the Channel Club will make our quaint quiet town noisy.Read MoreI feel that the summer months are definitely when we have the most trafficr and as an employee of MBBP as well as a substitute teacher I see how many non residents come to out town. That being said keeping our town quiet anf safe for out children is first priority. The town needs to put priorities in order to get residents back in their houses who are still displaced from Sandy.

If only these liberal slanted, deceiving "journalists" would just stop these slantedRead Moreuntru thful lies, that pass as articles on the topics. How dare you or any other blogger, keep the divisional topics of the Obama Admin, rolling on only to capture more of the ill informed, morally deficient and common sense lacking American. Listen, a sexual aid such as penial pumps, rods, and medications such as Viagra etc. are just that, aids for males to perform the sexual act of intercours. they DO NOT kill or prevent the blastucyst, from implanting on the female's fertile endometrium. If you and others like you, think they are similar, than I guess you'd view K-Y Jelly as being in the same class. And, abortion should and can be legally over-turned based on the Supreme Courts decision, which made it legal. As they all concurred during that ruling, 'that they did not have and that case was to not decide on when life begins but this ruling could and should be over-turned when technology does advance to the point when the beginnings of life can be determined.' Aren't we at that point now in Science? And stop the massacred of calling a woman's right to kill its fetus, "Womans Healthcare", when it is infact, the end of that woman's potential baby's health...killed and its life ended in the safest place on Earth, the mother's womb!

How the Birth Control Pill Works - It does not abort a pregnancy. Birth control pills preventRead Morepreg nancy through several mechanisms, mainly by stopping ovulation. If no egg is released, there is nothing to be fertilized by sperm, and the woman cannot get pregnant. Most birth control pills contain synthetic forms of two female hormones: estrogen and progestin. These synthetic hormones stabilize a woman's natural hormone levels, and prevent estrogen from peaking mid-cycle. Without the estrogen bump, the pituitary gland does not release other hormones that normally cause the ovaries to release mature eggs Watch Video http://vimeo.com/99036119

Fine for the pill, but....the FACTS are the Plan B, Hormonal IUD and the two others (forgive IRead Moreforge t the exact names) will terminate a pregnancy. According to the official Plan B web page the device works by "preventing an egg from from attaching to the uterine wall". Here's a bit of factual information, only FERTILIZED eggs try to attach to the uterine wall. So if it is fertilized, the drug is in fact terminating the pregnancy. This "coalition" has been posting these misinformed rants since their "inception" as a non-profit. Funny thing, I can't find them on a list of approved 501(c)3 charities...hmmmmmmmmm
