Artichoke and Asparagus
Happy new year. January is Artichoke and Asparagus month. I am not sure why because Both are spring vegetables, but it is. In this day and age we can get produce from all over the world, so be careful selecting these and all vegetables. Be sure that they are firm and have tight heads on them.
