FAQ from DEP and NJ Dept of Community Affairs for homeowners needing answers regarding ABFE:
At New Jersey Association of Realtors' (NJAR®) meeting with the DEP, they were told that, for questions not answered on this list regarding the flood elevation and rebuilding requirements, the DEP will be accepting questions from NJAR® and responding to them as well as adding them to this public document. I will continue to monitor for updates.
